Jobgether SRL is partnering with a major enterprise to recruit a Senior Business Analyst for a remote contract in Canada. The role focuses on migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA with emphasis on inventory management and contracting processes.

You will gather requirements, map business processes, perform fit-gap analyses, and translate needs into functional specs for configuration, development, and testing. Collaboration with stakeholders and migration teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business analysis experience in SAP programs.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP MM, inventory management, and contracting processes.
• Experience in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements.
• Knowledge of current and future-state business processes and fit-gap analyses.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document requirements for inventory management and contracting in the SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Map current-state processes and design optimized future-state procedures.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and document functional impacts and solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional specs to support configuration, development, and testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SAP consultants, and migration teams to align objectives.
• Support data mapping, test planning, and UAT activities.
• Produce documentation and end-user training materials for adoption.
