Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancements. You will partner with Business Partners to define complex requirements, design solutions, and deliver detailed technical specs while leveraging SQL and Excel for data insights in a hybrid work setting.

The role emphasizes strong documentation, communication, and collaboration across Finance and IT teams, with onsite Thursdays and a rotating Friday at client locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP as a Business systems analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with SAP ETL tools, specifically SAP SDI and SAP Data Services.
• Strong documentation skills (business requirements, process flows, technical specs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Financial Systems especially SAP S/4HANA modules like S/4-GL and Group Reporting.
• Directly engaged in SAP S/4HANA implementations and support.

Responsibilities

• Guide formulation of complex solution requirements with Business Partners.

Job description

Duration:6 months with extensions and conversion to FTE

Hybrid working model– Thursdays and 4th Friday of the month onsite to client location.

Job Description:

• Work closely with Business Partners to guide the formulation of complex solution requirements and participate in design discussions to meet project needs, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications, specifically for SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Utilize tools such as SQL and Excel to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Establish strong relationships with Business Partners, Colleagues, and Managers to foster collaboration and cooperative learning.
• Contribute to complex projects by designing strategic solutions aligned with Client’s enterprise architecture roadmap, particularly those leveraging SAP S/4HANA.

Must Have Requirement:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP as a Business systems analyst
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying
