Job summary

Aliant Resources is seeking an SAP Technical Leader for Payroll and Time Management in Mississauga. The role requires technical and functional leadership, overseeing SAP Payroll projects, and ensuring alignment with the City of Mississauga's strategic goals.

Hybrid work with on-site presence at Mississauga City Hall is required. The candidate will guide design, testing, change management, and vendor coordination, and will contribute to the SAP HCM roadmap while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years designing and implementing SAP Payroll & Time Management.
• Certification in SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors Employee Central / ECP required.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC/Payroll/Time Tracking integrations.
• Experience configuring payroll schemas and unions (Collective Agreements).
• Knowledge of SAP HR policies, confidentiality, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SAP techno-functional expert and lead SAP Payroll projects.
• Lead, prioritize and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Coach SAP HCM and Payroll Functional Specialists in the team.
• Blueprint and design solutions for EC/ECP migration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for business process analysis and testing.
