Ian Martin Group in Burnaby, BC, is seeking a Contract Professional for a 1-year engagement. You will lead SAP IS-U implementations, act as a solution architect, and oversee contract administration for major projects in the utilities sector.

The role requires strong contract management, SAP expertise, and excellent communication to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors. This position emphasizes governance and adherence to contractual frameworks.

Qualificações

• 9+ years of contract management experience, preferably supporting installation/maintenance contractors.
• Experience interpreting, administering, and managing commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Experience working with SAP procurement, purchasing, invoicing, and payment processes.
• Experience using SharePoint or similar document management systems for contract administration and records management.
• Experience supporting internal stakeholders with contract guidance and negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding of contractors under Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and ensure all requirements are met.
• Prepare, review and administer contract communications and documentation.
• Manage contract submittals, transmittals, and record management.
• Integrate awarded contracts into existing portfolios with governance and reporting processes.
• Support project delivery teams with contract interpretation and guidance.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks; assist negotiations.
• Lead contractor performance management and governance activities.
• Create and process purchase requisitions, Service Entry Sheets, and invoice approvals.
• Coordinate annual rate adjustments per contract terms and organizational needs.
• Support contract change orders and modifications.
• Plan contractor stewardship meetings and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
