Ian Martin Group is seeking a SAP Support Technician to provide end-user support for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) at Foster Creek, Alberta. The role focuses on work identification, execution, and closeout, with responsibilities for process optimization, training, reporting, and performance management.

Competenze
- Minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience, preferably within the energy industry.
- Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of maintenance work management processes, standards, and procedures.
- Experience with data queries and report development.

- Provide end-user support for SAP work management processes, including Notifications and Work Orders.
- Support work identification, execution, and closeout activities.
- Identify opportunities to optimize SAP functionality and reduce transactional work.
- Recommend process and system improvements to increase efficiency.
