FP Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst - IT to manage payroll processing in SAP/ECP, including regular and off-cycle runs, postings, validations, and reconciliations. The role requires strong year-end tax form production and audit-ready documentation in a hybrid Scarborough, ON environment.

You will collaborate with Payroll Operations, Tax, Finance, Technology, and vendors to ensure complete requirements and a successful year-end close. Certification in SAP/HCM payroll is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Payroll Manager, Payroll Lead, or equivalent payroll-focused position.
• Hands-on experience processing payroll and managing year-end payroll activities within SAP/ECP Payroll.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data analysis and reconciliation, Reporting, Macros.
• Experience planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and drives a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage bank relationships and systems.
• Leads full payroll year-end cycle in SAP/ECP Payroll including planning, readiness checklists, timelines, reconciliations, and close.
• Runs payroll processing in SAP/ECP with regular and off-cycle payroll runs, postings, validations, and reconciliations; resolves payroll system problems.
• Produces and reconciles year-end tax forms (e.g., T4, T4A, RL-1) and ensures timely submission to authorities and employees.
• Documents the end-to-end year-end process, including maps, procedures, roles, controls, and timelines for audit readiness.
• Gathers and validates business requirements for year-end and payroll changes; coordinates with Payroll Operations, Tax, Finance, Tech, and vendor partners.
• Plans and runs testing for year-end, legislative, tax updates, support packs, and system changes; includes unit/integration/regression testing.
