Job summary

PrecisionERP / PrecisionIT seeks an experienced ERP Change Management Specialist to support an upcoming SAP ERP transformation, focusing on current-state process discovery, mapping, and stakeholder engagement across Hire to Retire, Procure to Pay, and Plan to Budget.

The role requires 5+ years in change management, strong ERP process knowledge, and proven ability to lead workshops, readiness activities, communications, and adoption. Contract: Oct–Dec 2026; rate negotiable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management experience.
• Strong ERP business process and process mapping experience.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and validation sessions.
• Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness, communications, training, and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state process discovery and process mapping for ERP transformation.
• Engage stakeholders across H2R, P2P, and P2B cycles.
• Plan and execute change management activities including communications and training.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and validation sessions.
• Develop change impact assessments and readiness materials.

ERP Change Management Specialist – SAP Transformation

Contract: October to December 2026

Our client is looking for an experienced ERP Change Management Specialist to support an upcoming SAP ERP transformation.

The role will focus on current-state process discovery, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities across Hire to Retire (H2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Plan to Budget (P2B).

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of change management experience
• Strong ERP business process and process mapping experience
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and validation sessions
• Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness, communications, training, and adoption
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills

Preferred:

• SAP SuccessFactors / H2R experience
• Prosci or CCMP certification
• Public-sector or municipal experience
• LeanIX exposure

Rate: Approximately $100–$125/hour, depending on experience.
