Job summary

Tangentia is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Finance Transformation to lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations and process optimization. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery and governance.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in project/program management with a focus on Finance, strong knowledge of ERP systems, and experience applying Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies to complex programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management with a focus on Finance Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience leading ERP transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
