Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP CallidusCloud ICM professional to design, configure and support incentive compensation solutions for complex sales models.

You will lead data integration efforts, develop calculation logic, dashboards and statements, and work with sales operations, finance and IT to ensure accurate commission processing. The role requires strong SQL, ETL and reporting skills, and familiarity with SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite for integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SAP CallidusCloud ICM solutions.
• Proficient in incentive compensation plan design and rule configuration.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes and SAP/non-SAP integrations.
• Proficient in SQL and reporting tools.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP CallidusCloud ICM solutions; gather business requirements and translate into incentive plans and payouts.
• Configure compensation plans, quotas, commissions, territories, crediting, and workflows in ICM; develop calculation logic, dashboards and statements.
• Perform data integration with SAP and non-SAP systems using ETL/integration tools; support UAT and production deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales ops, finance and IT to ensure accurate commissions.
• Provide production support and resolve compensation-related issues.

• Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
• Experience in requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Commissions / SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management.
• Knowledge of SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite, or other integration platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\"

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
