Job summary

You will collaborate with finance, IT and sales operations, handling data integrations, testing, and production support for SAP CallidusCloud ICM.

• Develop and maintain calculation logic, dashboards, reports, and compensation statements
• Perform data integration with SAP and non-SAP systems using ETL and integration tools
• Support UAT, production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with sales operations, finance, IT, and business stakeholders
• Provide production support and resolve compensation-related issues

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Callidus Consultant (ICM) with strong expertise in SAP CallidusCloud Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and configuring compensation plans, commission calculations, data integrations, and workflows while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP CallidusCloud ICM solutions


• Gather business requirements and translate them into compensation plans, rules, and payout calculations


• Configure compensation plans, quotas, commissions, territories, crediting, and workflows


• Develop and maintain calculation logic, dashboards, reports, and compensation statements


• Perform data integration with SAP and non-SAP systems using ETL and integration tools


• Support UAT, production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization


• Collaborate with sales operations, finance, IT, and business stakeholders


• Provide production support and resolve compensation-related issues

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CallidusCloud ICM


• Expertise in compensation plan design, rule configuration, and commission calculations


• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and system integrations
