Job summary

Citron Hygiene in Vancouver is looking for Hygiene Technicians to join our Service Team. You will drive to client sites to provide best-in-class disposal and washroom product services, ensuring facilities are serviced to an exemplary standard.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Experience in janitorial cleaning is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
• Maintain and service equipment and replace consumables.
• Manage inventory levels for customer accounts.
• Ensure all equipment at client sites functions properly.
• Track routes and report to the manager daily.
• Meet customer needs and document special requests.
• Input work activities into the company device.
• Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.
• Clean sinks, urinals, toilets and mirrors for clients.
• Other duties as required.

Job Summary

We are seeking new Hygiene Technicians to join our Service Team. As a Hygiene Technician you play a critical role in servicing our customers washrooms. If you enjoy working independently, as part of a team and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers, then look no further.

A Hygiene Technician is responsible for service duties which include, but are not limited to, driving to client site(s) to provide a 'best in class' delivery and collection service of sanitary disposal units, washroom products such as soap dispensers, air care and more. Ensuring that the washroom or facility has been serviced to an exemplary standard.

Duties and Responsibilities, but are not limited to, the following:

• Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
• Maintain and service equipment. This includes replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, replacing air care cartridges and liners of bins.
• Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles, replace bin liners, sanitize and dispose of waste.
• Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products.
• Ensure all equipment at customer sites are functioning properly.
• Track and analyze your work routes with the manager at the end of each day.
• Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests.
• Input all work activities in the smartphone device provided to you by the Company.
• Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.
• The cleaning of sinks, urinals, toilets, and mirrors for our small to mid-size customers.
• Other duties as required.

*** The hours for this position are between 6am-6pm, supporting the Vancouver and surrounding area***

• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Expected Total Compensation: $45,760 annually
