Job summary

Sobeys Inc. in Delta, BC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily shift operations in partnership with the Buyer/Planner, ensuring output targets, quality and food safety standards are met.

You will coach a diverse team, manage scheduling, monitor production records and drive continuous improvement while upholding HACCP, GMP and company policies to deliver consistent, delicious products to our stores.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1-2 years’ experience in direct supervision in manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to direct a diverse workforce.
• Excellent organizational skills and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production shift operations.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to maintain performance.
• Supervise production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain production records and coordinate scheduling.
