Role Description

This is a remote sales position with a few in-person training sessions based in Leduc, AB. We’re currently looking fortwo ambitious studentswho are enrolled in business and/or marketing programs and want real-world sales experience — and real commissions.

As a Sales Rep, you’ll help us connect with business owners, pitch our services, close deals, and build lasting client relationships. It’s a hands-on, commission-based role that gives you the opportunity to learn fast, earn faster, and gain experience youactuallywant to put on your resume.

Top performers may even have the chance to transition into full-time roles beyond sales once they graduate.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and qualify leads
• Pitch Tailored Growth’s services to potential clients
• Close new business and celebrate wins
• Maintain strong client communication
• Learn from real sales experience in a creative industry

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience or the hustle to develop it
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
• Comfort talking to people and building relationships
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and not afraid of a little challenge
• Bonus: Experience with marketing or consulting (but not required)
• Commission-based pay per client (uncapped earnings)
• Real-world marketing and sales experience
• Mentorship from a growing, modern agency
• Flexible hours around your class schedule
• Pathway to a full-time role after graduation
