Job summary

You will lead end-to-end technical design, guide large FSC deployments, and mentor distributed teams while ensuring security, regulatory, and data governance requirements. The role demands 10+ years IT and 8+ Salesforce experience with Sales/Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, and API-led integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations with 1,000+ users.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and Automation.
• Salesforce APIs, integrations, and Platform Events.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce security and sharing model.
• Enterprise integration patterns and API-led architecture.
• Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
• Experience leading distributed/cross-functional teams.
• Big 4 or global consulting experience.
• Agile and large transformation program experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical design and architecture.
• Drive large-scale Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
• Lead Salesforce development teams and conduct technical/code reviews.
• Design integrations using APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and event-driven architecture.
• Establish Salesforce development standards, governance, CI/CD, and release practices.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, BAs, and Delivery Leads.
• Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, risk, and data governance requirements.
• Mentor developers and drive engineering best practices.
