Job summary

Avanciers Incorporated is recruiting for a Salesforce Architect on a long-term contract in Canada. The role requires 10+ years of Salesforce experience in the BFSI domain, with hands-on FSC customization and OmniStudio mastery.

You will lead technical and integration efforts, including LWC and Apex development, and deliver enterprise architecture artifacts. The position is hybrid from Toronto, ON, with a competitive hourly rate of CAD 100.00–120.00.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience in BFSI with delivery track record.
• Hands-on FSC customization/setup in at least one full implementation.
• Deep knowledge of OmniStudio: OmniScript, FlexCards, Omni Actions.
• Strong technical skills in LWC and Apex with complex integrations.
• Ability to produce high-level enterprise architectural diagrams and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architecture for BFSI clients and complex implementations.
• Oversee FSC customization, package installation, and permissions setup.
• Drive OmniStudio implementations to optimize Wealth Management user experiences.
• Own technical leadership for integrations and produce enterprise diagrams/docs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and guide project delivery to meet deadlines.

Location : Hybrid ( Toronto, ON)

Long-Term Contract

Rate: CAD $100.00 - $120.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

JD :

Senior BFSI Expertise: Requires 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience with a proven track record of delivering complex implementations within the financial services domain.

FSC Customization & Setup: Hands-on experience in at least one full FSC implementation, including installing the package, configuring permission sets, and managing industry applications (Wealth, Retail, Insurance).

OmniStudio Mastery: Deep practical knowledge of Salesforce OmniStudio tools (OmniScript, FlexCards, and Omni Actions) tailored to optimizing the Wealth Management user experience.

Technical & Integration Leadership: Strong technical skills in LWC, Apex, and complex system integrations, backed by the ability to produce high-level enterprise architectural diagrams and design documentation.
