Maarut is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst (Financial Services Cloud) in Montreal to lead the functional side of FSC implementations. You will run workshops with business units, translate needs into user stories, and drive process modelling, data integration considerations and deployment support.

Ideal candidates have experience with FSC lead conversion, opportunities, activities, and data models, and can engage executives and governance committees to remove blockers.

Qualifikationen

• Gathering, documenting and validating requirements (user stories, epics), backlog prioritization with the PO.
• Organizing and facilitating business workshops (scoping, design).
• Salesforce automation (Flow, workflows) and configuration activities.
• Deployment and adoption support, KPI definition, cost/benefit analysis.
• Functional CRM Salesforce advisor role with FSC exposure.

Aufgaben

• Act as the functional Salesforce reference within a squad for wealth management advisors’ CRM.
• Lead scoping/design workshops, write user stories, model processes and journeys in Salesforce.
• Support acceptance criteria, UAT, deployment, and governance interactions.
• Translate business needs to FSC data model (Account, Household, Financial Account) and integrations.
