Job summary

Alithya in Montreal is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business and IT, shaping processes on the Salesforce platform. You will gather requirements, map current and future processes, and design Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Financial Services Cloud while ensuring regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leveraging Salesforce to drive process transformation.
• Experience in regulated industries including financial services, compliance (KYC/AML), risk management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud.
• Understanding of sales, customer service, and client onboarding processes.
• Good knowledge of contact centre operations and CRM best practices.
• English proficiency required for daily communication outside Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to understand business challenges, processes, and objectives.
• Document business processes, functional requirements, and use cases.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and Salesforce solutions.
• Define KPIs to measure and track business value.
• Participate in complex, large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple organizations, countries, and teams.
• Support Salesforce integration within complex IT environments.
• Collaborate with executives, internal teams, offshore teams, Salesforce vendors, and partners to deliver multiple projects in Agile delivery.
