We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Development Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across Salesforce initiatives, mentor development teams, and drive best practices in architecture, integration, DevOps, and platform governance. This role requires strong hands‑on Salesforce development experience combined with leadership capabilities to deliver high‑quality solutions in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for Salesforce developers
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and
• Develop and maintain scalable Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices related to security, scalability, governance, and performance optimization
• Drive Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management
• Participate in technical analysis, solution estimations, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities
• Support platform optimization, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
• Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and development governance practices

Qualifications

• 10+ years of application development experience
• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development, configuration, customization, and deployment experience
• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Lead Developer and/or Technical Lead
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Expertise in Apex development and object‑oriented programming concepts
• Hands‑on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Platform Events, and event‑driven integrations
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Security and Data Model
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment strategies
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
