Job summary

Procom is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a 9-month contract in Toronto. Hybrid work with 2-3 days onsite. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions for onboarding a new business line into the Commercial Salesforce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Salesforce development, strong FSC/Sales/Service Cloud experience, and certification as Salesforce Administrator. Expect API integrations, security modeling, and DevOps governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale Salesforce deployments within financial services
• “Big 5” bank experience or equivalent preferred
• Proven track record with FSC, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions across FSC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and custom applications.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Follow secure coding practices, DevOps standards, and governance requirements.

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Salesforce Developer for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Salesforce Developer - Job Description:

The Salesforce Developer will be involved in implementing and enhancing Commercial Banking client programs built on the Salesforce platform. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions for the onboarding of a new business line into the existing Commercial Salesforce ecosystem.

Salesforce Developer - Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and custom applications.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Extensive experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Platform Events and Integration Patterns.
• Experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
• Mandatory Certification: Salesforce Administrator Certification.
