Job summary

TekStaff IT Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst for a 10-month contract in Toronto, ON. The role requires extensive Salesforce expertise, especially Financial Services Cloud, and a strong background in requirements gathering and integration.

The position is hybrid (2-3 days in-office per week) with experience in big banks or equivalent highly preferred. AI screening may be used in the applicant review process.

Qualifications

• Must have considerable experience working within big 5 banks or equivalent.
• Extensive Salesforce Platform Expertise including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud with hands-on configuration and user management.
• 10+ years of requirements gathering & integration experience.
• Platform configuration experience building and configuring out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud configuration (profiles, page layouts, etc.).
• Business analysis and planning—translate business needs into technical specs and user stories.

TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Salesforce Business system analyst

This is a 10 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (2-3 days in-office (Monday, Wednesday))

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

• Must have considerable experience working within big 5 banks or equivalent
• Extensive Salesforce Platform Expertise: Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, with hands‑on experience in configuration and user management.
• 10+ years of requirements Gathering & Integration Experience: Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Salesforce features and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system capabilities.
• Platform Configuration Skills: Experience in building and configuring out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality, leveraging the platform’s full capabilities to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Hands‑on Experience with Financial Services Cloud: Practical experience in configuring user profiles, page layouts, and other components within Financial Services Cloud to support business processes and user needs.
• Business Analysis & Planning: Active participation in the planning and analysis of system changes and enhancements, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications and user stories.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Salesforce Admin Certification or Similar Salesforce Certification is highly preferred.
