Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions for financial services. You will leverage Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows, collaborating on integrations and performance optimization.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of Salesforce experience in finance, with strong security/privacy knowledge, and French language skills. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite per week in Canada.

Job description

The organization is building a dedicated Salesforce pod to support initiatives within the financial services sector.

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, SOQL, and Flows. The role includes translating business requirements into technical solutions, participating in integrations, performing unit testing and code reviews, resolving incidents, optimizing performance, and contributing to technical documentation while ensuring compliance with governance, security, and CI/CD standards.

This is a highly technical Salesforce development role. The focus is on hands-on coding and solution delivery rather than functional, business analysis, or project management activities.

Target Candidate:

A Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows. The ideal candidate has experience delivering Salesforce solutions within financial services environments such as banking, insurance, fintech, or asset management.

Experience combining Sales Cloud and financial services projects is considered a strong indicator of alignment. Exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is a significant asset. The candidate should also demonstrate experience working within regulated environments with strong security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements.
