Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize enterprise-scale customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Configure and manage Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects and Identity Resolution processes.
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines and integrations (APIs, MuleSoft).
• Develop data transformations, insights, graphs and audience segmentation strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and tech teams to deliver scalable Data Cloud solutions.
• Support SIT/UAT, deployment activities and post-production validation.
• Configure and monitor automated jobs, data refresh schedules and extractions.
• Ensure governance, security and performance across the Data Cloud ecosystem.

Immediate need for a talented Salesforce Data Cloud Developer. This is a 12 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Toronto, ON (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Cloud architecture, data modeling, identity resolution, data ingestion, integrations, and customer segmentation. This role involves collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable customer data platforms that support Customer 360 initiatives and business outcomes.
• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Configure and manage Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Identity Resolution processes.
• build and maintain data ingestion pipelines and integrations using APIs and MuleSoft connectivity where required.
• Design and implement data transformations, calculated insights, data graphs, and audience segmentation strategies.
• Develop and manage customer journeys leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
• Configure and manage Data Cloud environments, including sandboxes, permission sets, and Data Kits.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment activities, and post-production validation.
• Create, maintain, and review deployment runbooks, operational procedures, and support documentation.
• Configure and monitor automated jobs, data refresh schedules, and extraction pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance across the Data Cloud ecosystem.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions within project timelines.
• Support integration of Salesforce Data Cloud with Customer 360 and related Salesforce platform components.
