Job Title: Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building scalable, high-performing CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance business processes and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products as per business requirements.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP.
• Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment following Agile methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments and ensure smooth release management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and ecosystem tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.), and middleware platforms.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governance limits.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
