Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce Communications Cloud platforms.

You will define integration strategies with OSS/BSS, ERP, and third-party systems while driving scalability, security, and governance. Ideal candidates possess strong OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and API integration experience, plus familiarity with telecom processes and CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce experience with Communications Cloud and related EPC/CPQ/Order Management.
• Knowledge of OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS, ERP and external platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of Salesforce Communications Cloud platforms.Design Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Order Management, and Digital Commerce solutions.Define integration architecture with OSS/BSS, CRM, ERP, middleware, and third-party systems.
• Drive scalability, performance, security, and governance standards.
• Lead technical workshops, solution reviews, and stakeholder discussions.Provide architectural guidance to development and implementation teams.
• Ensure alignment with TM Forum standards and telecom industry best practices.
• Support estimation, roadmap planning, and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills:

• -Good years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Communications Cloud (Vlocity).Hands-on experience with EPC, CPQ, Order Management and Industries processes.
• Strong knowledge of OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).Expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS, ERP, and external platforms.Strong understanding of telecom business processes such as Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment methodologies.

Preferred Skills:-

• Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud) certifications.
• MuleSoft integration experience.Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs and SID model.
• Experience with large-scale telecom transformation programs.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
