Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Lead to drive CI/CD pipelines across enterprise Salesforce programs. You will define deployment strategies, lead multi-team release planning, and mentor engineering teams to raise DevOps maturity.

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce DevOps experience, knowledge of DX/CLI, and hands-on experience with Copado, Gearset, or similar tools, plus strong stakeholder management and technical leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce engineering and DevOps.
• Experience with release management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce DX and CLI tools.
• Experience leading large Salesforce programmes and multi-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Define Git branching, source-control, release, and environment strategies.
• Establish DevOps and release governance across multiple Salesforce delivery teams. Automate build, validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Lead production-release planning, deployment readiness, rollback strategies, and post-deployment validation. Mentor teams and improve DevOps maturity.

• Implement quality gates, static-code analysis, automated testing, and release controls.Drive adoption of Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and source-driven development.
• Lead production-release planning, deployment readiness, rollback strategies, and post-deployment validation.Mentor teams and continuously improve DevOps maturity, automation, and release reliability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce engineering, DevOps, or release management.Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, Metadata API, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce security/configuration.
• Hands‑on experience with Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar Salesforce DevOps tools. Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, branching strategies, sandbox/environment management, automated testing, and release governance.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-team Salesforce programmes.Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder‑management, and technical‑leadership skills.
• Experienced Salesforce DevOps Lead to lead CI/CD, release automation, environment management, and DevOps governance for enterprise Salesforce programmes.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce platform knowledge with hands‑on experience implementing scalable DevOps and release‑management practices."

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
