Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer to design and customize Communications Cloud applications.

The role is hybrid with 2–3 days in office and involves building OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. You will develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and integrations, and support testing, deployment, and production support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with OmniStudio components.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
