Job summary

Salesforce Tech Lead – Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Role Summary

We are seeking Salesforce Tech Lead with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead solution architecture and delivery for enterprise banking, insurance, and wealth management engagements. This role owns end-to-end technical design, hands-on implementation, integration architecture, and governance for scalable, secure, high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business outcomes such as KYC/Onboarding, Relationship Management, Lending, Claims, Advisors/Households, and Omnichannel Service.

The successful candidate will mentor cross-functional teams consisting of administrators, developers, QA engineers, business analysts, data specialists, and integration engineers, while serving as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FSC target architecture including data model alignment, security architecture, and API-first, event-driven solution design.
• Define integration architecture using API-led and event-based patterns with enterprise applications and identity platforms.
• Govern data strategy including data quality, matching, deduplication, consent management, retention, archival, and metadata management.
• Define and own non-functional requirements covering performance, scalability, resilience, observability, and compliance.

Delivery & Leadership

• Translate business capabilities into solution designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Lead implementation activities including configuration, development, and code reviews using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and asynchronous processing patterns.
• Establish DevOps practices leveraging Salesforce DX, source control, packaging strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Enforce quality standards including automated testing, code analysis, performance testing, and regression testing.
• Manage environments, releases, change control processes, and deployment strategies.
• Mentor and coach team members through technical guidance and capability development.
• Implement platform security capabilities, monitoring, auditing, encryption, and security policies.
• Support compliance requirements related to privacy, records retention, consent management, and data residency considerations.
• Collaborate with security and risk teams on threat modeling, vulnerability remediation, and platform hardening.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the technical subject matter expert during workshops, architecture reviews, and governance discussions.
• Maintain architectural decision records, solution diagrams, and requirements traceability.
• Drive solution adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
