Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technical Architect to lead hands-on platform architecture, governance across multi-brand SFCC environments, and end-to-end technical decision-making.

The role emphasizes cartridge architecture, OCAPI/SCAPI design, deployment pipelines, and OMS integration to deliver a connected commerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of SFCC experience with production-scale platforms, capable of owning technical decisions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience on live, scaled production platforms.
• Experience designing cartridge architecture and OCAPI/SCAPI interfaces.
• Proven ability to govern multi-brand SFCC environments and establish cross-brand patterns.

Role: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technical Architect

Role Descriptions:

• Platform architecture hands‑on delivery
• 8 years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience, including active hands‑on development on a live, scaled production platform with deep expertise in cartridge architecture, SCAPI/OCAPI design, performance tuning, and the ability to make and own technical decisions end‑to‑end, not just review them.
• Multi-brand platform governance
• Demonstrated experience architecting and governing multi‑instance, multi‑brand SFCC environments defining shared vs. brand‑specific code boundaries, establishing cartridge inheritance strategies, standardizing CICD and deployment pipelines, and guiding cross‑brand engineering teams toward consistent, scalable patterns.
• Salesforce OMS connected commerce
• Familiarity with Salesforce OMS architecture including order routing logic, fulfillment workflows, and the integration design between OMS and SFCC storefronts to contribute to a fully connected commerce ecosystem and advise on post‑purchase platform decisions.
