Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience to lead platform assessments, define future-state architecture, and drive enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives.

The role will own Service Cloud architecture, security model design, governance, scalability strategy, and capability rationalization while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Digital Engagement, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and architecture governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce platform assessment and future-state architecture design.
• Lead Service Cloud architecture, case management strategy, Omni-Channel implementation, and Digital Engagement solutions.
• Design and govern Salesforce security architecture, including role hierarchy, sharing model, profiles, and permission strategies.
• Define platform governance, scalability, performance optimization, and best practices.
• Architect integrations and enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and integration patterns.
• Provide recommendations on Salesforce capability rationalization and platform optimization.
