Job description

OfficeSpace is the AI workplace management platform that helps teams plan, connect, and perform in the modern workplace. As a performance-based, PE-backed company, we hire based on merit and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed long-term. You’re a great fit for the role if you’re entrepreneurial, passionate, motivated by building at light speed, and an Agentic AI early adopter. Our world-class teams operate in the US, Canada, and Costa Rica in a culture of trust, respect, growth, and impact.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our GTM Systems team within Revenue Operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll own the day-to-day administration of Salesforce and contribute to the evolution of our GTM tech stack—including automation, integrations, and CPQ tooling (DealHub).

You’ll work cross-functionally to streamline lead-to-cash processes, enhance data quality, and enable the sales team through scalable systems and actionable insights. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to deepen their Salesforce expertise, expand into high-impact systems ownership, and support the growth of a multi-product SaaS business.

You’ll join a collaborative team that values curiosity, clarity, and scalable infrastructure—while gaining experience with enterprise-grade tools and cross-functional delivery.

What You’ll Do
  • Administer and configure Salesforce to support scalable, high-performing GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
  • Design and maintain lead assignment rules, opportunity workflows, and territory management to drive sales execution.
  • Support and expand DealHub CPQ functionality (bundles, SKUs, approvals) with opportunity to grow into full ownership (training provided; certification desirable but not required).
  • Develop and maintain scalable automations using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes to reduce manual work.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality through deduplication, enrichment, validation rules, and field audits.
  • Build and manage reporting and dashboards that enable pipeline visibility, sales performance tracking, and operational insights.
  • Manage integrations with tools like ZoomInfo, Gong, 6sense, HubSpot, and Slack to enable real-time data flow and cross-functional automation.
  • Provide first-line support to users, including onboarding/offboarding, access management, and system training resources.
  • Partner with RevOps and GTM stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and support quarterly planning initiatives.
  • Create and maintain documentation and playbooks for workflows, data flows, and system configurations to ensure long-term governance and clarity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and audit readiness through proper permissioning, logging, and documentation controls.
  • Participate in Agile sprint cycles by scoping and delivering prioritized configuration work.
  • Support structured release cycles including sandbox testing, UAT coordination, and deployment using tools like Gearset.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a B2B SaaS or GTM-focused environment.
Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certs (Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Interest in learning CPQ tools (e.g., DealHub); prior exposure is a bonus but not required.
  • Strong grasp of automation tools (Flows, validation rules, approval processes) and Salesforce data model fundamentals.
  • Experience navigating sandbox environments, testing, and change deployments using tools like Gearset or similar.
  • Experience participating in structured change management, Agile workflows, or sprint-based delivery.
  • Familiarity with GTM processes like lead routing, opportunity stages, quoting, and sales enablement workflows.
  • Comfort supporting and improving integrations with tools like ZoomInfo, Gong, DocuSign, HubSpot, or Slack.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a commitment to scalability and user experience.
  • A growth mindset with a desire to develop deeper technical expertise and expand systems ownership.
Why Join Us

You’ll help shape a modern systems stack that supports scalable GTM growth. We invest in professional development and encourage growth into more strategic ownership areas, including CPQ and RevOps automation. If you're excited to make an impact in a collaborative environment with a high-performing RevOps team, we’d love to hear from you.
