Job description

For our client, a fast-growing dermo-cosmetic pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Sales & Training Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALES

1. Follow-up on orders and restocking from A to Z directly with all clients and coordination with the logistics team.
2. Provide optimal customer service to support the growth of the company’s sales and revenue.
3. Analyze sales statistics (a good knowledge of Excel is important).
4. Provide administrative support to the sales manager and update sales statistics reports.
5. Maintain regular contact with key accounts and internal departments such as marketing and finance.

TRAINING

1. Describe and present the features and benefits of all products to Dutch-speaking customers.
2. Train clients in Flanders on products when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. English or Spanish is a plus.
2. Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Team spirit to contribute to the success of the entire group.
4. Strong knowledge of Excel.
5. Ability to adapt to different situations and interact with various stakeholders.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- Region: Sales Assistant at the office (Waterloo) and Training Assistant at clients' locations in Flanders (pharmacies and parapharmacies).
- Contract type: Permanent contract (open-ended).
