Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Toronto is seeking a Sales, Trade Analyst to manage Accounts Receivable and deduction processes for the Sobeys CBT. You will analyze large data sets, collaborate with third-party contractors, and drive efficiency in financial processes while delivering accurate reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Demonstrated experience working with large data sets and multiple data points.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and deliver solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage weekly deductions and Accounts Receivable for Sobeys CBT through open deduction reports and summary analysis.
• Partner with third-party contractors to improve processes, deductions clearance, and issue resolution.
• Provide feedback to contractors through reports and weekly National Accounts Receivable meetings.
• Manage Repayment and Invalid Tracker with monthly presentations to Sobeys CBT leads and Finance team.
• Complete detailed analysis and due diligence, communicating with customers and CBT to drive repayments.
