Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in-person and over the phone with inquiries and purchases.
• Handle customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Work independently in the office.
• Offer product recommendations and basic technical support.
• Maintain organized displays and stock levels.
• Process transactions including cash and card payments.
• Respond to emails, calls, and walk-in inquiries promptly.
• Prepare and manage orders, POs, and invoices.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of parts and materials.
• Support inventory tracking and restocking.
• Ensure items are labeled and organized for easy identification.
• Generate sales reports, quotations, and records.
• Assist sales team with quoting and communication follow-ups.
• Collaborate with sub-distributors on quotes and contract processes.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our office and assist customers at the parts counter. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, order processing, customer service, and supporting a smooth and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities Parts Counter Operations

• Welcome and assist customers both in-person and over the phone with product inquiries and purchases.
• Efficiently handle customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Working independently / alone in the office
• Offer product recommendations and basic technical support as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized product displays and ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Process transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and manage customer orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate the shipping and receiving of parts and materials.
• Support inventory tracking and restocking activities.
• Ensure all items are properly labeled and organized for easy identification.
• Generate and maintain sales reports, quotations, and transaction records.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including quoting and communication follow-ups.
• Collaborate with sub-distributors on quotes, reporting, and contract-related processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through consistent, high-quality service.
