Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and self-startingSales Specialistto join our sales team on a commission basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our growth by conducting outreach, nurturing leads, and booking qualified sales appointments using our CRM system (GoHighLevel). This is a high-impact, performance-driven role ideal for someone hungry to grow and earn based on results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make100+ outbound calls dailyto leads within our GoHighLevel CRM
  • Qualify and schedulesales-ready appointmentsfor the closer based on defined criteria
  • Follow up with warm leads viacalls, text, and email
  • Maintain accurate and updatedlead notes and statuseswithin the CRM
  • Submit adaily productivity trackeroutlining contacts made, appointments booked, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the closer to ensure schedule alignment and meeting preparedness
  • Join weekly check-ins to review performance and optimize strategies

  • Comfortable usingsales languageand handling objections
  • Motivated bycommission-based income and performance results
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel (training provided if needed)
  • Self-disciplined and organizedwith attention to detail
