Wärtsilä in Vancouver is looking for a Sales Support professional to join our team and support our sales operations, customer relationships and commercial activities.
You will work with the Sales team across pre-sales support, order handling, reporting, and sales & marketing activities, helping ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to invoicing.
Fluent English, strong MS Office skills, and experience with ERP/CRM systems are valued; knowledge of maritime products is a plus.

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales team across four key areas: pre-sales support, order handling, reporting, and sales & marketing activities.
You will help ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process, from responding to inquiries and preparing quotations to coordinating orders, monitoring deliveries, and supporting invoicing and payment follow-up.
