Job summary

Esso in Red Deer, Alberta is seeking a Retail Supervisor for an on-site role. You will coordinate sales staff, oversee merchandise ordering and selling, and manage daily store operations at the physical location.

You will supervise 3-4 workers, prepare sales/inventory reports, and resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages with a focus on accuracy and reliability, while maintaining excellent communication and teamwork.
