Job Bank in Canada is seeking a full-time on-site retail sales representative. You will oversee sales staff, assign tasks, and help drive store performance with attention to merchandising, inventory management and customer service.

The role requires organizing and supervising team activities, handling customer requests and coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth service at the retail level.
