The Sales Specialist is part of a team that is required to continue to create momentum and excitement through centre tours, and to maintain all sales functions and systems. The Specialist assists the Supervisor / Director in providing leadership to the department volunteers and coaching department staff team during duty period, ultimately ensuring the direct delivery of quality service to all members of the YMCA Centre through leadership and effective management of the staff and operations of the Sales Desk.
