About the RoleC-VALLEY is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team, to cultivate and manage sales and retailer relationships in Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec). We will consider candidates who are fluent in English and who can travel to accounts in the region.This role will manage all sales functions for assigned accounts to ensure the business grows according to sales projections. The position will be responsible for account financial planning, assortment planning, developing, and implementing sales plans, coordinating product showings, and working closely with marketing to process orders.You'll Make a Difference ByRegular product showings and account visits, approach and onboard new accountsDevelop and maintain relationships with potential retail / wholesale partnersProviding retailer base with sales reports and analytics to drive business and produce top resultsForecasting of territory business on a seasonal basisTerritory feedback regarding market trends and influencesIdentifying growth opportunities in territoryProviding regular product educational feedback to retailers and their staffAttending trade shows and seasonal sales meetingsCoordinating shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and servicesPreparing a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goalsAchieve sales target quarterly and annuallyAbout YouValid driver's license requiredFluent in English, French is a plusExperience in sales, experience in footwear is a bonus but not requiredAbility to reach out to new contacts, establish rapport and establish new accountsConfidence in communicating comfortably with business owners and decision makersStrong computer skills – Excel, Word, OutlookExceptional written, oral and face-to-face communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAble to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, and work independentlyStrong retail math skillsSelf-starter and motivated for successAbility to meet deadlines and manage time effectivelyAbility to consistently meet sales goalsEffective Order book management minimizing sales and credit caused cancellationsPrevious wholesale sales experience is preferredPhysically able to assist with lifting and packaging footwear products when neededWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + sales commission in attractive percentageReimbursement for travel, fuel, and related field expensesFlexible and collaborative working environmentExposure to both retail and wholesale marketsOpportunity to grow with a dynamic, fast-developing brandHow to ApplySubmit your application via LinkedIn or send your resume and a brief cover letter to [emailprotected] .
