Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is expanding its in-store sales team in Canada, seeking personable individuals to engage customers inside a major retailer and drive product discovery for a trusted Canadian brand.

You will approach customers, understand their needs, recommend the best financial product, and work toward ambitious sales targets with uncapped commissions. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed personal sales targets.
• Comfort working in a retail environment and with confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through features and value of our client's creditcard products.
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation.
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible.
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand.
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served.
• Adapt engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day.
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff.
• Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction.
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed.

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. Compensation

• Base wage 17.60/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
