Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is expanding its in-store sales team in Brampton, Canada, and seeks energetic individuals to engage customers at major retailers. You will guide shoppers through credit card products, ask probing questions, and tailor recommendations while representing a trusted Canadian brand.

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. Your Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's credit card products
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served
• Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff
• Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed

Compensation
