Job summary

Novaris Search in Canada seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth across Quebec and the assigned territory. You will develop new customers, expand existing accounts, educate customers on coatings, and collaborate with internal technical and service teams to deliver value.

The role requires five years of industrial coatings sales experience, bilingual FR/EN, a valid driver’s license, and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of industrial coatings sales experience (Protective & Marine).
• Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel throughout Quebec and the assigned territory.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel up to 50%.
