Job summary
Castolin Eutectic is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow wear protection solutions across Quebec. You will develop new business, manage key accounts, and provide value-added technical sales support to industrial customers.
You will collaborate with fabrication shops, maintenance teams, and engineering professionals to identify client challenges, propose solutions, prepare quotations, and manage opportunities from prospecting to project completion. Travel about 60% through Quebec.
Qualifications
- Five+ years of industrial or technical sales experience.
- Experience in welding, fabrication, industrial maintenance (MRO), metalworking, or related industrial products.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business while growing existing customer accounts.
- Identify customer challenges and recommend value-added technical solutions.
- Promote welding, wear protection, and industrial service solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Services teams.
- Prepare quotations and manage opportunities from prospecting through project completion.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan.
- Maintain customer activities and opportunities using CRM.
