Join Arla Canada’s National Retail Sales Team as a Sales Representative and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of Consumer Packaged Goods and dairy manufacturing. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated, early-career professional to grow within a supportive, high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales within the downtown/west end Toronto Area. You’ll visit retail stores in your territory to execute creative merchandising initiatives, increase product visibility, and ensure our brands stand out on the shelf. You’ll also have the chance to learn about retail marketing strategies and make a real impact on the shopper’s journey.

Your day-to-day activities will include

  • Travelling the sales territory by vehicle, calling on customers in store
  • Building strong relationships with store teams
  • Ensuring optimal product placement and visibility
  • Executing promotional programs and in-store displays
  • Identifying growth opportunities and upselling
  • Collaborating with internal team members to meet business goals

Who You Are

You're a natural communicator with a strong customer focus and a desire to learn. You’re proactive, creative, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working independently but also thrive as part of a team.

You’ll stand out if you have

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma (recent graduates welcome!)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service (co-op or internship experience is great)
  • Experience gained from working in the CPG industry, preferably food or retail
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active insurance for travel within your territory
  • Familiarity with the downtown / west end Toronto area and local retail landscape (an asset)
