Job summary

DEL Communications Inc. is seeking motivated advertising sales representatives to join our Winnipeg team. You’ll sell across print and digital platforms, develop client relationships, and help advertisers achieve their goals.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Osborne Village office with commission-based pay and potential for strong earnings. A proven track record in sales and excellent communication skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a sales representative, with a track record of hitting targets.
• Sales experience across hard copy and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office; BRM and CRM familiarity.
• Ability to build productive, professional business relationships.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written) for daily client calls and correspondence.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
• Self-driven mindset with a genuine passion for sales.
