Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use persuasive sales techniques to highlight benefits of financial solutions and close deals.
• Keep customers engaged throughout the sales cycle with urgency and proactive follow-ups.
• Conduct outbound calls to develop new accounts (warm leads, no cold calling).
• Qualify customers and verify employment and credit status.
• Identify customer needs, educate on best personal financing solutions, and tailor recommendations.
• Collect and organize customer information and documentation for pre-approval processes.
• Build solution-based relationships to drive customer satisfaction.
• Acquire product knowledge on Spring Financial programs and educate clients on usage.

Job description

• • Use persuasive sales techniques to highlight the benefits of our financial solutions, handle objections, and pre-close deals efficiently.
• • Keep customers engaged throughout the sales cycle by creating urgency, reinforcing value, and proactively following up to secure commitments
• • Conducting outbound calls to develop new accounts (warm leads, no cold calling)
• • Qualifying customers, verifying employment & credit status
• • Listening and identifying the customer’s needs before educating and advising the customer on the best personal financing solution tailored to them.
• • Collecting, organizing, and delivering all relevant customer information & documentation to our financial partners to expedite the pre-approval process
• • Actively listening to customers and driving satisfaction through solution-based relationships
• • Acquiring product line knowledge on all of Spring Financial's programs and educating clients on the best use of such programs.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment an asset
• Prior call center experience a plus, but not required
• Results-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
• A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills are a plus
