City Buick Chevrolet Cadillac GMC in Toronto is hiring a Sales Representative to guide customers through the full sales journey—from selection and test drives to pricing, financing, and delivery. You will help build relationships, deliver exceptional service, and work in a performance-driven environment.

Compensation includes base salary plus commission with a strong earning potential based on performance. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for advancement within The Humberview

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service experience is required.
• Valid OMVIC certification is required.
• Valid G driver's license.
• Professional demeanor, selling style and appearance.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity, work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission, ranging from $50,000 - $75,000 a year, with potential to earn more based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, available services, accessories, prices and key features.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, leasing, and purchasing options.
• Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
• Recommend value-added products and services.
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
• Provide financial information regarding lease and finance rates.
• Performs other duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid OMVIC certification.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred - but not required.
• Sales and Customer Service experience is required.
• Valid G driver's license.
