Job summary

The Humberview Group is looking for a Sales Representative in Etobicoke to guide customers through the vehicle buying journey, from selection to delivery, in a performance-driven environment.

Base salary plus commission combined with earning potential up to six figures, with benefits and ongoing training support. A valid OMVIC certification and strong customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• OMVIC certification is required to practice motor vehicle sales in Ontario.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Ability to guide customers through the sales journey from selection to delivery.

In this role, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle by guiding them through every step of the sales journey — from vehicle selection and test drives to pricing, financing, and delivery. Compensation: Base salary plus commission ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 a year -potential to earn more based on performance.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, available services, accessories, prices and key features.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, leasing, and purchasing options.
• Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
• Recommend value-added products and services.
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
• Provide financial information regarding lease and finance rates.
• Performs other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

• Valid OMVIC certification.
• Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity, work ethic and attention to detail.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends as necessary.
