Position Summary:

As a key member of our team, the Sales Associate represents our company by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships. You will be responsible for selling our products to restaurants, caterers, hotels, and retail establishments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and grow sales revenue through new and existing accounts.
  • Identify prospective customers using networking, directories, trade shows, online sources, etc.
  • Travel within your territory to meet with current and potential customers.
  • Demonstrate products using samples or catalogs, highlighting features.
  • Quote prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts.
  • Estimate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and expenses.
  • Collaborate with inside sales to keep account information current.
  • Monitor stock levels and update customer data in our database.
  • Build and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts.

About You:

  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in restaurant, food sales, catering, or as a Chef is a plus.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to foster a positive, innovative work environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Quick learner, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • College degree is preferred but not required.
  • Residency in the assigned sales area is required.
