If you are a talented and experienced Senior Sales Representative in Aviation industry, Aplin has the right opportunity for you! Our client, a leader in their field, has partnered with Aplin to grow their team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to generate and convert leads.
  • Prepare and issue accurate, timely, and professional quotations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare contracts for new projects and ensure alignment with approved terms.
  • Proactively present design proposals to customers to support sales initiatives.
  • Oversee the preparation and issuance of invoices.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop quotations and initiate project execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity records in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the Deputy General Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Participate in and support the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) program.
  • Perform additional duties as required or assigned by the Deputy General Manager.
  • Invoices that deviate from contractual terms.
  • Approval of all customer quotations prior to submission.
  • Review and approval of contracts before presentation to customers.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of the company’s operations, services, and business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate and detailed quotations.
  • Highly self-motivated with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Excellent networking, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce, and Jetnet.
  • Results-oriented, disciplined, and detail-focused.

Qualifications
Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of sales and business development experience.
  • Minimum of five years of aviation experience within the MRO industry, preferably in North America or Europe.
  • Ability to travel as required; valid passport is mandatory.

Ideal

  • Combined experience in aviation, business development, and sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with formal training in Sales Management.
  • Working knowledge of aircraft interior and exterior refurbishment.
